Visit thoughtogram.com on your phone and log in with your account. You can then capture ideas while you are away from your desk, and read your boards wherever you are.
Type or paste quick notes, web links and YouTube links into the text box, choose which board it should go to, and tap Capture. It is waiting on that board the next time you sit down at your computer.
The board picker remembers your last choice, so a run of captures into the same board takes one tap each.
Thoughtogram is a fixed board that does not scroll or zoom, sized to a desktop screen. That is the whole idea, and it is why arranging happens at a computer rather than on a phone.
On your phone you can still read everything: your cards, grouped by board, one after another in a linear list. A phone is genuinely good at this, since you get one card at a time at full width.
Drag the handles to reorder boards and cards in the list to suit how you read. This changes the list order only. The spatial arrangement on your real boards is untouched.
Not every extra from the desktop version works on a phone, but several do. Scroll down past your boards to the Mobile Extras section to find them, including Daily Randoms and the 1-Rep Workout.
These can be dragged into whatever order you like, so the ones you actually use sit at the top.
There are no Android or Apple apps for Thoughtogram, but the mobile web version can sit on your home screen like one. Visit thoughtogram.com on your phone, tap the three-dot menu in Chrome, then choose Add to Home Screen.
You get an icon that opens Thoughtogram in a single tap, which matters for capture: the whole point is catching a thought before it goes.
